If you’re unable to scan your eSIM QR code, there could be several reasons. Please go through the following checklist to identify the issue:

Make sure your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked.
If your device isn’t eSIM-compatible or unlocked, contact us, and we’ll help you find a solution.

🔹 Is your phone connected to WiFi?
A stable internet connection is required to install an eSIM. If your phone isn’t connected to WiFi, the QR code won’t scan properly.
📌 Tip: We recommend installing your eSIM before departure to ensure a stable connection. However, avoid activating it before arriving in Vietnam.

🔹 Try manual installation
If the QR code still doesn’t work, your phone’s camera may have an issue. Instead of scanning, select “Enter details manually” when prompted. Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code found in your eSIM confirmation email.

🔹 Have you already scanned the QR code?
An eSIM profile can only be installed on one device. If you’ve already used the QR code, scanning it again won’t work, and you may see an error like “Unable to Complete Cellular Data Change.”
👉 Check your SIM card manager or cellular settings to see if the eSIM is already installed on your phone. If not, contact us for assistance.
